4. Prescription and Custom Eyewear

Custom prescription glasses are made specifically for each customer and are considered final sale.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate prescription details, measurements, and any required information before placing an order.

ATÉN is not responsible for errors caused by incorrect prescription information submitted by the customer.

Custom prescription glasses cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or contain a confirmed manufacturing defect.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment

All prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout.

Prices do not always include applicable taxes, duties, customs charges, brokerage fees, or import fees unless clearly stated at checkout.

Payment must be completed before your order is processed. By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, cancel orders affected by incorrect pricing, and update prices at any time.

6. Order Acceptance and Cancellation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation email. This confirms that we have received your order, but it does not guarantee acceptance of the order.

ATÉN reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment

• Incorrect or incomplete customer information

• Pricing or product information errors

• Inventory limitations

• Shipping restrictions

• Failure to meet order requirements

If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.

If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at info@aten-studio.com. We cannot guarantee that changes or cancellations can be made once an order has been processed, fulfilled, or shipped.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

ATÉN is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, customs processing, incorrect customer information, holidays, weather, high-volume periods, or events outside our control.

8. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Eligible return requests must be submitted within 30 days of receiving the order by contacting info@aten-studio.com.

ATÉN does not offer exchanges.

All approved returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee, unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, or unless prohibited by applicable law.

Returned items must be unused, unworn, in perfect condition, and returned with all included items and original packaging.

Custom prescription glasses are final sale and are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange unless they arrive damaged or contain a confirmed manufacturing defect.

9. Promotions and Discount Codes

Discount codes, promotions, and special offers may be subject to specific conditions, expiration dates, product exclusions, or usage limits.

Discounts cannot be applied retroactively after an order has been placed unless approved by ATÉN.

We reserve the right to modify, cancel, or refuse any promotion at any time.

10. Gift Cards and Store Credit

Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Store credit, if issued, may be subject to specific terms and expiration rules, which will be provided at the time the credit is issued.

Submitting an affiliate or collaboration inquiry does not guarantee approval.
